Dear Users,
BCH (Bitcoin Cash) is expected to perform a hard fork upgrade at 12:00 (UTC) on Nov. 15, 2020. Coineal will support the BCH hard fork if it occurs.
In order to reduce the potential trading risks of market fluctuations during the fork and fully guarantee the security of users’ assets:
1. Coineal will close deposit, withdrawal and trading of BCH at 4:00 (UTC) on Nov. 15;
2. After the fork is completed and BCH fork chain is confirmed, Coineal will reopen the trading pair;
3. After BCH wallet upgrade is completed, deposit and withdrawal of the new BCH will be opened.
Regarding the reopening of trading, deposit, and withdrawal, we will notify you by another announcement.
Note: Since there are still uncertainties in this hard fork, if one of the two parties decides to abandon the fork, Coineal will respect the opinions of the community and name the final winner BCH.
