Hello Coineal customers!
We will guide you on how to set up an anti-phishing code.
What is an anti-phishing code?
This is an identification code that users set to prevent damage caused by phishing emails by manually setting an anti-phishing code to distinguish Coineal official emails from phishing emails.
Login to the new 3.0 version (https://beta.coineal.com/index) homepage
When you log in, you will see a pop-up window of "Coineal Security Tips".
Click "You have not set Anti-Phishing code >>" at the bottom of the pop-up.
Clicking it will take you to the account page.
Click the Add button in the anti-phishing code category at the bottom of the [Security Settings] tab.
Click the Add button to see the "Change Anti-Phishing Code" window.
Please enter your own identification code in the [New Anti-phishing Code] field.
After completing the input, click the [OK] button to complete the Anti-Phishing Code setting.
Now when you log in, the anti-phishing code you set will be included in the body of the authentication email and sent.
If you have any questions while using Coineal, please feel free to contact us through the Coineal website.
