Currently, the verification code sent from Coineal exchange to any yahoo operated email is not being received from the user side. We are doing our maintenance to fix the issue related to the verification code sent to the yahoo server.

1. Please fill out the following information in the body of the email and on paper.
-Coineal account (mobile phone number / email) :
-Your name :
-Old email address :
-New email address (the new email address you wish to change) :
-Date of submission of documents :
-Request: "I want to change the E-mail address."

3.Please take a photo holding photo ID and handwritten paper,
"I want to change the E-mail address, Date".
