1. Please click the "Settings" icon and select "Settings".
2. Please click "Filters and blocked addresses".
3. Please click "Create a new filter".
4. If you couldn't receive the activation email or verification code email, please enter "Coineal" or “noreply@post.coineal.com”. If you couldn't receive Coineal ticket reply, please add "support@coinealsupport.zendesk.com". Then please click "Create filter".
5. At last, please select "Never send it to Spam" and click the "Create filter" button.
6. If you still couldn't receive the mail, please click: Submit the ticket to our customer service, our customer service will be forwarded to our technical department to process it.
